ECONVERSO LTD

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 August 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how ECONVERSO LTD (“ECONVERSO”, “we”, “us”), a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales under company number 16313563, with its registered office at Unit 7 Wilson Business Park, Initial Business Centre, Manchester, England, M40 8WN, United Kingdom, collects, uses and discloses personal information.

ECONVERSO LTD is the data controller for the purposes of UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. You can reach us at econverso.ltd@gmail.com or +44 7488 818626.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to this website (econverso.co.uk), to correspondence you send us, and to the personal information we handle when operating our own online storefronts and our in-house application described in section 6.

Where you buy from one of our storefronts on a third-party marketplace, that marketplace operates its own platform and publishes its own privacy notice, which applies alongside this one.

2. Personal information we collect or process

This website is a static information page. It has no contact forms, no accounts, no advertising and no tracking scripts, so it does not itself collect personal information from visitors. Personal information reaches us in the following ways:

We do not collect special category data, and we do not ask for payment card details — payments are taken by the marketplace or payment provider, not by us.

3. Personal information sources

We receive personal information directly from you, automatically from your device through our hosting provider’s server logs, and from the marketplaces and service providers we use to sell and ship our products.

4. How we use your personal information

We do not use personal information for automated decision-making, profiling or advertising, and we do not sell personal information.

5. How we disclose personal information

We disclose personal information only where it is necessary, and only to:

We do not share personal information with advertising networks or data brokers.

6. Our in-house application

ECONVERSO LTD develops and operates a private in-house application, App.belovedpets.com, used solely to run our own TikTok Shop UK store. It connects to the TikTok Shop API with credentials issued to our own shop and works with our own catalogue data, listing and media assets, and our own order, settlement and finance records.

Where those records contain personal information — for example a customer name or delivery address on one of our own orders — it is processed only for fulfilment, accounting and internal reporting, as described in section 4. The application is not offered to other sellers, and we do not act as a processor for any third party. Data retrieved through the API remains inside our own systems, access is restricted to authorised ECONVERSO LTD personnel, and API credentials are stored encrypted.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. Nothing on this site tracks you across websites, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

8. Security and retention of your information

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — access controls, encryption of credentials and transport security — to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy: order and transaction records for as long as required by UK tax and accounting law (currently six years plus the current financial year), correspondence for up to two years, and server logs for a short retention period set by our hosting provider.

9. Your rights and choices

Under UK data protection law you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing of it, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent where we rely on consent. You will not be treated differently for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email econverso.ltd@gmail.com. We may ask for information to verify your identity, and we will respond within one month.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

11. International transfers

We are based in the United Kingdom and store personal information in the UK and the European Economic Area where possible. Some of our service providers operate outside the UK. Where personal information is transferred out of the UK, we rely on an adequacy regulation or on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, together with appropriate safeguards.

12. Children’s data

Our products and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will change.
