What we do
Online pet retail
Retail sale of pet food, treats, supplements and pet care products over the Internet to UK customers, from our own store and our marketplace storefronts.
In-house catalogue & listing app
We develop and operate a custom application for our own TikTok Shop UK store to manage product information, listings and media assets. It is used for our own store only — it is not a public service offered to other sellers.
Order & finance analytics
The same in-house application syncs our order, settlement and finance data into our internal reporting so we can track stock, margin and profitability across channels.
Our in-house application
ECONVERSO LTD develops and maintains a private, in-house application — App.belovedpets.com — used solely to operate our own TikTok Shop UK store. It is a custom internal tool, not a product we license, resell or host for anyone else.
The application connects to the TikTok Shop API using credentials issued to our own shop, and works with:
- product information, listings, categories and pricing for our own catalogue;
- media assets (images and video) attached to our own listings;
- order, settlement and finance records for our own shop, used for internal stock, margin and profitability reporting.
Data retrieved through the API stays inside our own systems. We do not sell it, share it with advertising networks, or process data on behalf of other merchants. Access is limited to authorised ECONVERSO LTD personnel, and credentials are stored encrypted. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
